Terms and Conditions of Booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

Meal times are pre- arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

The proprietor cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody.

Accounts must be paid on arrival and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment should the accommodation not be re-let the person who is responsible for making the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for the food and service.

Deposits are not refundable but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

The proprietor reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conditions of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.

Deposits must be paid within seven days to secure room/rooms.

Any reservation made requiring two or more rooms must pay the balance of their total booking cost four weeks before the due arrival date.

Any damages that may occur must be paid for and should it be a group booking the person who has made the reservation of the rooms will be accountable for all costs and must be paid in full before departure and a receipt will be issued.
